Eric Blin- derman reports on “The March 17 let- ter was signed by AOPA, the National Business Aviation Association, the General Aviation Manu- facturers Association, the Experimental Aircraft Association, the National Air Transportation As- sociation, and Helicopter Association Interna- tional.
